The air conditioning was non-functional for five days, making it unbearable!!! Poor room maintenance left me irritated with broken furniture. Poor heating and cooling in rooms is an ongoing issue needing urgent attention!!!

Fantastic location with enjoyable outdoor activities
Our stay was delightful, especially with the beautiful sea view and proximity to hiking trails. The staff was accommodating, and we appreciated the delicious breakfast options offered daily. The clean pool and garden area provided a great place to relax after our adventures. we felt the dining options could be more diverse throughout our stay.

We had such a good time, especially with the kids enjoying the pool area and the children's playground. The live music during dinner was a delightful surprise and made the evening feel magical, sipping wine under the stars.
